Terms & Conditions — SC99

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the registered user, hereinafter "Player", "User", or "you") and SC99 (hereinafter "SC99", "we", "us", or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at sc99.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile applications.

This Agreement governs your access to and use of the SC99 platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional offers, bonus programmes, payment services, and customer support functions provided through the platform. It is supplemented by, and should be read in conjunction with, our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the contractual relationship between you and SC99.

SC99 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Access to the SC99 Platform and participation in any gaming activity is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during the use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. SC99 does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances. Age verification will be conducted as part of the KYC process and may be requested at any time.
• You are accessing the Platform as a natural person (individual) acting on your own behalf, not as a representative of any corporate entity or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not an employee, director, agent, or contractor of SC99, or an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the SC99 Platform or had an Account closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

Only one Account per player is permitted. Players found to hold multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — will have all secondary Accounts closed and any associated Bonus Balances forfeited. Real Money Balances on secondary Accounts may be returned at the Company's discretion, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

To access real-money gaming features on SC99, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registration requires you to supply a valid email address, a unique username, a secure password, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and phone number.

4.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

You warrant that all information provided during and after registration is truthful and not misleading. SC99 may request additional documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of your registration details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

4.2 KYC Verification Requirements

Before SC99 will process any withdrawal request, you must successfully complete our KYC verification process by providing the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of a valid government-issued photo ID — Malaysian IC (MyKad), driver's licence, or international passport.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the preceding three months, bearing your full name and residential address as registered on your Account.
• Selfie with ID: A photograph of you holding your identity document beside your face, taken in adequate lighting.

KYC reviews are typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. SC99 may request further documentation where initial verification is inconclusive. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until KYC is successfully completed.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. SC99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate password security. You must notify SC99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

5.1 Deposit Methods & Processing

SC99 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the following payment channels, subject to availability at the time of transaction: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed on the platform's deposit page and are subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that corresponds to the identity details on your verified Account. SC99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests are subject to:

• Successful completion of KYC verification (Section 4.2);
• All active Bonus Balances having satisfied their applicable Wagering Requirements;
• No open disputes, investigations, or security holds on the Account;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts as displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of the request.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

SC99 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. All transactions are monitored, and suspicious activity is reported in accordance with applicable legal obligations. Players may be required to provide evidence of the source of funds for large or unusual transactions. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

SC99 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, which supplement and are to be read alongside this Agreement.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds are credited as Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the Bonus Balance being forfeited upon expiry.
• SC99 reserves the right to withdraw a promotional offer at any time before it has been claimed by an eligible Player.
• Only one promotion may be active per Account at any given time unless the specific promotional terms expressly state otherwise.
• SC99 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a promotion has been claimed in breach of these Terms or the specific promotional terms.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

SC99 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, participation in promotions from multiple Accounts, and collusion between Players to exploit promotional structures. Where such patterns are identified, SC99 reserves the right to void any winnings derived from the relevant bonus, close the Account, and retain any deposited funds pending investigation.

All games available on the SC99 platform operate according to the respective Game Rules applicable to each product. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable Game Rules before commencing play.

7.1 Bets & Wagers

All bets and wagers placed on the SC99 platform are final once confirmed by the system. SC99 will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet except in the following circumstances: (a) where a manifest technical error affected the outcome; (b) where the event to which the bet relates is cancelled or void under the applicable sports betting rules; or (c) where SC99 determines at its sole discretion that the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.

7.2 Technical Failures

In the event of a platform disruption, server failure, or disconnection during a gaming session, SC99 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore the game to its state at the point of interruption. Where restoration is not possible, affected bets will be settled in a manner that SC99 determines to be fair and consistent with the relevant Game Rules. SC99 accepts no liability for losses caused by technical failures outside of its direct control.

7.3 Minimum & Maximum Wager Limits

Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games and betting markets on the SC99 platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface or market and may be adjusted at SC99's discretion without prior notice. VIP players may be subject to individually negotiated limits as communicated by their Account manager.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the SC99 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activity;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform without express written authorisation from SC99;
• Colluding with other Players or exploiting a vulnerability in the Platform's software to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including family members;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing SC99 staff or other Players in any manner;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology underpinning the Platform.

All intellectual property rights in and to the SC99 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software architecture, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and audiovisual elements — are the exclusive property of SC99 or its duly licensed suppliers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

SC99 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: (a) reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Platform; (b) use SC99's trademarks or branding without express written consent; or (c) create derivative works based on Platform content. Any use of Platform content beyond the scope of this licence is strictly prohibited and may constitute infringement of SC99's intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SC99's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposited by that Player into their Account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

SC99 shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or SC99 had been advised of their possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
• Losses arising from Platform unavailability, server downtime, or third-party payment processing failures;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude SC99's liability for death or personal injury caused by SC99's gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

SC99 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for a minority of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care towards such individuals seriously.

11.1 Player-Controlled Tools

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Players from within their Account settings at any time without requiring contact with customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous gaming session duration;
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform.

SC99 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

SC99 will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data will only be shared with third parties where: (a) necessary to process transactions through our payment providers; (b) required by law, court order, or regulatory authority; or (c) necessary to investigate suspected fraud or breach of these Terms. All data transmissions between your device and the SC99 Platform are encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols.

SC99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — that is, where they materially affect the rights or obligations of Players — SC99 will provide not less than seven (7) days' notice of the changes via email to the address associated with your Account and/or via a notice displayed on the Platform.

For non-material changes, such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required to comply with applicable law, SC99 may update these Terms without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any Real Money Balance.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and SC99, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team and allowing a reasonable period of up to thirty (30) days for resolution.

SC99 will endeavour to investigate and respond to all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. Complex disputes may take longer to resolve; in such cases, SC99 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a projected timeline for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the thirty-day period, either party may escalate the matter through such dispute resolution mechanisms as may be available under applicable law.
